We can direct you to lenders that will provide Lot Financing, Construction Loans and even One Time Close financing products. These One Time Close products can finance purchase of the lot of your choice, then roll into the construction loan, then the permanent loan, without having to requalify! We offer professional and experienced help with your custom home, helping to match your unique needs and budget. We strive to provide great customer service and clear communication so you can understand the progress of your custom home at every phase.

LOT ANALYSIS PRIOR TO PURCHASE

We understand the importance of picking the right company that’s experienced, dependable and affordable. Choosing a Lot can make a huge difference in the cost of your dream home.
